Winemaker, Natalie Dale will be joining a group of panelists to speak on the unique terroir of Russian River Valley AVA, we will be providing food & wine pairings with our Francis Coppola Reserve Tier.

Now more than ever, our Sonoma County community means so much to us as we stand together in these uncertain times. On Wednesday, September 23, Francis Ford Coppola Winery will host a virtual restaurant dining collaboration, featuring all-star Sonoma County Chefs: Tim Bodell from RUSTIC, Dustin Valette from Valette Healdsburg, and Mark Stark from Bravas Bar de Tapas! Each chef will demonstrate one course for a progressive dinner with one common summer ingredient carried throughout each dish. Winemaker, Natalie Dale, will taste and pair each dish from Francis Ford Coppola's Reserve limited production wines that showcase distinctive vineyards from Sonoma’s renowned appellations. Special guest host will be Writer and Culinary Insider, Katie Sweeney! This will surely be an unforgettable Sonoma County dinner feast. Get ready for some serious inspiration.
